The New Day Singers are Emanuel’s contemporary music group. They are responsible for leading musical worship at the 10:30 AM service and strive to perform the most recent in Contemporary Christian Music as well as jazz, gospel, ethnic, and folk. The group offers opportunities to sing, play various percussion and woodwind instruments as well as guitar, keyboard and bass.

Rehearsals: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

The Anthem Choir provides leadership in our 8:30 AM worship service by singing an anthem every Sunday from September until Trinity Sunday. The music Anthem Choir presents vary from the Renaissance period to the 20th Century Classical music with composers ranging from Thomas Tallis, Herbert Howells to Morten Laudrisen. The Anthem Choir also presents exciting anthems that enrich our worship services for liturgical Sundays – such as singing of Fauré’s Requiem on All Saints’ Sunday. We are all volunteers with varied levels of experience, and we welcome anyone who might be interested in singing with us.
