Our Instruments We are blessed with many fine instruments at Emanuel for use in our praise of God. We work very hard to maintain our instruments, and without the contributions from members of Emanuel, it would not have been possible to have such wonderful instruments in good condition. We are in need of more funding for the maintenance of our beautiful instruments. As any fine instruments do, they need constant care to be able to serve the congregation well. If you would like to find out more about these instruments, please talk with our Director of Music, Woosug Kang or our Assistant Director of Music, Kate Sekula. Organ : 1980 Casavant / Austin console. 3 manuals, 25 ranks, 1800 pipes. Restored Deagan chimes (21 notes) installed 2003. Piano : Steinway 1893 D concert grand 9 foot, fully restored, 2005. MIDI player included. Harpsichord : 1980 Zuckerman of 3 ranks, 2 manuals. (8’8’4’). Handbells : 5 octaves of Schulmeric Bells and 2 octaves of Suzuki Tone Chimes. Other instruments : timpani, Yamaha keyboards, many percussion instruments.
