Property

The Property Mission Team is charged with the care of Emanuel’s facilities.  Emanuel has a long tradition of using its space not only for worship but also for many outside community organizations – about 50 per year at last count!  All this use means there are always opportunities to clean, paint, build, wire, sand, dig, plant – whatever you enjoy! 

In the past 15 years, Emanuel has also raised over 1 million dollars for projects including:

• Repair to the main tower
• Roofing repair
• Re-leading of all windows
• Purchase of property and conversion to additional parking
• Complete renovation of Luther Hall
• New Sound System
